Meet Dr. Chondrogiannis
Dr Chris Chondrogiannis a graduate of New York University, College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated in the Dean’s List. He is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Upon degree completion, Dr. Chondrogiannis accepted a General Practice residency at the Manhattan Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center.
He served as Chief Resident, Dental Services, and completed a Post Graduate residency in Periodontics. Dr. Chondrogiannis has extensive experience in general dentistry as well as Periodontics and Implantology. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Northeast Society of Periodontists, New York County Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, the New York Society of Forensic Dentists and recently elected as an Fellow to the New York Academy of Dentistry.
He has been honored by both the Amercan Academy of Periodontology and the American Dental Association for his volunteering efforts following the events of September 11, 2001. He received the New Dentist Leadership Award by the NYSDA in 2003. Dr. Chondrogiannis is married to his wife Linda of six years and has one son James and a daughter Amelia. They live in Long Island.
